Child Safety Standards
Last updated: August 1, 2026
Fanticy is committed to keeping our platform free of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). These Child Safety Standards describe Fanticy's policies and practices regarding CSAE and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This page is Fanticy's published standards for Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy.
Scope
These standards apply to the Fanticy mobile application on Google Play and related Fanticy services where users communicate through chat, voice, or video. Fanticy is a friendship and social conversation app. The presence or absence of child users does not change our obligation to prevent and address CSAE and CSAM.
Zero tolerance for CSAE and CSAM
Fanticy prohibits any content, conduct, or use of the service that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children. This includes, without limitation:
- Grooming a child for sexual exploitation
- Sextortion or sexual coercion involving a child
- Trafficking of a child for sex
- Creating, uploading, storing, sharing, requesting, or distributing CSAM
- Any other behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child
CSAM means any visual depiction (including photos, videos, and computer-generated imagery) involving a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct. CSAM is illegal. Fanticy forbids using our products or services to store or share such content.
Age and account expectations
Fanticy is not intended for children under 13 (or the higher minimum age required in your region). Users must meet the legal minimum age to create an account. We may restrict, suspend, or permanently remove accounts that violate these standards or that we reasonably believe are being used by underage users in a manner that puts children at risk.
How to report concerns (in-app and online)
Users can report child safety concerns, suspected CSAE, or CSAM through Fanticy's in-app feedback and reporting options (including profile or conversation report tools and in-app support channels). Reports may also be submitted by contacting Fanticy support at +91 9153662397.
When you report, please include as much detail as you can safely share (for example, usernames, timestamps, and a description of what occurred), without further circulating any suspected CSAM.
How Fanticy addresses CSAM and CSAE reports
When Fanticy obtains actual knowledge of CSAM or credible reports of CSAE on our service, we take appropriate action in line with these standards and applicable law. Depending on the facts, that may include:
- Removing prohibited content
- Restricting, suspending, or terminating accounts
- Preserving relevant records as required by law
- Reporting to or cooperating with appropriate authorities and child protection organizations where required or appropriate
- Improving detection, moderation, and safety controls over time
We expect all users to cooperate with investigations of child safety reports. Attempts to evade enforcement, re-upload prohibited content, or retaliate against reporters may result in permanent removal from Fanticy.
Compliance with child safety laws
Fanticy strives to comply with applicable child safety and CSAM laws in the jurisdictions where we operate. Nothing in these standards limits our ability to take stronger action when the law or user safety requires it.
